How it works.

When you sign up for The Move Smart Challenge, you opt in to receive emails from us every day for the next 30 days. These emails cover all the bases for you to begin to conquer the road of fitness with limited mobility. These items include, but are not limited to: hand and finger exercises, how to use chores as exercise, water-based exercises, how to use chair yoga to exercise, and how to motivate yourself to exercise.
